Job Description

At Adobe, we are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and drive the success of our BI and data tools. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the development, implementation, and enhancement of our BI and data tools. Your strong leadership skills and expertise in program management will be essential in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects and initiatives.   1. Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the BI and data tools program, in line with Adobe's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize projects and tasks.
  4. Monitor and track program progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
  5. Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations.
  6. Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards.
  7. Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of BI and data tools to drive business insights and outcomes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data management, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the program.
  10. Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and coaching to help them reach their full potential.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: A Program Manager For Bi And Data Tools At Adobe Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Data And Business Intelligence Tools, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, And Data Visualization Techniques.
