  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for the B2B commerce platform to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
  2. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to bring new products and features to market.
  4. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.
  5. Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and prioritize product features accordingly.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  8. Lead product launches and drive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and track product performance metrics and use insights to make recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
  11. Train and support sales and customer success teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and support the product.
  12. Act as a product evangelist, promoting the B2B commerce platform internally and externally.
  13. Mentor and guide junior product team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  14. Adhere to product development processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in product management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In B2B Commerce.

  • Strong Understanding Of B2B Commerce Industry Trends And Technologies.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
