Job Description

Adobe’s Global Marketing Organization crafts extraordinary marketing experiences through Adobe.com and delivers digital events during a period when companies are transitioning away from traditional in person events and conferences. Discover, define, drive, and execute internal digital events product vision, strategy, requirements, and roadmap based on data, customer insights, and industry standard methodologies. Be the focal point partnering with internal customers to identify problems and define goals, set priorities and lead a backlog of features, work with engineering, design, and QE to meet those requirements. Build business cases clearly stating the impact and value of proposed initiatives. Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and product designs. Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team Act as a product owner as part of scrum/agile process by addressing ambiguity and change in the product backlog. Proactively identify, prioritize and drive resolution to project issues. Prepare for business reviews, financial analysis & forecasting.

Job Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of product management experience, some of which is digital marketing related.

  • Knowledge of Adobe’s Experience Cloud offering is a plus.

  • Understanding of web design and optimization, digital marketing technologies, digital events technologies (Rainfoucs, Intellum, On24), web content management systems

  • Experience with sophisticated problem spaces and an ability to handle open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined
