Privacy Compliance

Adobe is looking for an experienced Privacy Compliance professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection laws and regulations across Adobe’s global operations. You will work with various teams to assess and develop systems for monitoring and enforcing compliance with applicable privacy laws. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws and regulations across Adobe’s global operations.
2. Assess and develop systems for monitoring and enforcing compliance with applicable privacy laws.
3. Develop and maintain privacy compliance programs and processes.
4. Monitor customer data to ensure compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
5. Analyze and identify areas of risk or non-compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
6. Prepare reports for senior management on privacy compliance and data protection activities.
7. Provide guidance and advice on privacy compliance and data protection issues.
8. Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
9. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of data privacy policies and procedures.
