  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to engage with the video community, including customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
  2. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the video community, including customers, partners, and industry organizations.
  3. Develop and execute initiatives to increase community participation and foster a sense of belonging and value among community members.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and create engaging and relevant video content for the community.
  5. Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for community members, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
  7. Plan and execute events, workshops, and other activities to bring the video community together and foster networking and learning opportunities.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the video and digital media space.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on community engagement strategies and tactics.
  10. Contribute to the development and execution of overall community engagement and marketing strategies.
  11. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to promote our company and engage with the video community.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Adobe, promoting our values and mission to the video community.
  13. Collaborate with customer success teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns within the video community.
  14. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Adobe's video products and services to effectively communicate with the community.
  15. Continually seek opportunities to improve and enhance community engagement efforts, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Video Production: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Creating And Producing High-Quality Videos, Preferably In A Corporate Or Digital Marketing Setting. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Video Production Workflows, Equipment, And Software.

  • Proven Track Record In Community Engagement: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Engage And Build Communities Through Video Content. They Should Have Experience In Creating And Executing Successful Video Campaigns That Drive User Engagement And Increase Brand Awareness.

  • Proficient In Video Analytics And Data Analysis: The Principal Video Community Engagement Specialist Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Video Analytics And Tracking Tools To Measure The Success Of Video Campaigns And Make Data-Driven Decisions. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Provide Insights To Improve Future Video Content And Engagement Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Principal Role, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And External Partners. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Present And Pitch Video Ideas And Strategies To Senior Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Video Capabilities. They Should Be Able To Leverage Various Social Media Channels To Engage With Adobe's Target Audience And Drive Video Views And Engagement. Knowledge Of Emerging Trends And Best Practices In Social Media Video Is Also A Plus.
