  1. Develop and drive the overall strategy and vision for our flagship products.
  2. Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and updates.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and execution of product plans.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  6. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  7. Make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
  8. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve product offerings.
  10. Work closely with customers to gather feedback and insights to inform product direction.
  11. Manage product budgets and resources effectively.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of the product development process, including agile methodologies.
  13. Mentor and develop junior product managers within the team.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve product management processes and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Principal Product Manager Position At Adobe Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
