- Lead and manage the Ad-Tech department, driving performance and results through effective project management and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative strategies and solutions for our Ad-Tech products and services.
- Identify and prioritize business and customer needs, and develop new initiatives and enhancements to drive growth and improve user experience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and use insights to inform product development and business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ad-tech industry developments and best practices, and use knowledge to continuously improve processes and products.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
Extensive Experience In The Advertising Technology Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Ad-Tech Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Technologies.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Principal Pm, Performance At Adobe, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Delivering Them Within Strict Deadlines. Therefore, They Should Have Exceptional Project Management Skills And Be Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Performance Advertising: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Performance Advertising, Including Various Metrics And Optimization Techniques. They Should Also Be Familiar With Programmatic Advertising And Have Experience Working With Dsps And Other Ad-Tech Platforms.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Principal Pm Will Be Leading A Team Of Performance Pms And Working Closely With Other Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate Their Team To Achieve Goals.
