  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for the DX Web Analytics & Insights team.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
  3. Utilize web analytics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  4. Translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for business growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business questions and challenges.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web analytics to continuously improve and optimize our processes.
  7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  9. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and promote the use of data to drive business growth.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in web analytics.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within Adobe to ensure alignment and consistency in data and reporting.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities to improve and enhance our web analytics capabilities and processes.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams on web analytics best practices.
  14. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in web analytics.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of Adobe's digital experiences by driving data-driven decision making and delivering impactful insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Web Analytics And Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Web Analytics, Preferably In A Managerial Or Leadership Position. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Web Analytics Tools And Platforms, And Have The Ability To Extract Actionable Insights From Large And Complex Data Sets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal For Dx Web Analytics & Insights, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Analysts And Data Scientists. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Foster A Collaborative Work Environment, And Drive Results.

  • Expertise In Digital Marketing: Adobe Is A Leading Provider Of Digital Marketing Solutions, And The Principal For Dx Web Analytics & Insights Will Be Responsible For Providing Strategic Guidance To Clients On Their Digital Marketing Efforts. Hence, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Principles And Trends, And Be Able To Apply Them In The Context Of Web Analytics.

  • Business Acumen: This Role Requires The Candidate To Not Only Analyze Data But Also Provide Insights That Can Drive Business Decisions.
