
Portfolio Data Analyst
Work directly with Finance (BU/ACS), Regional controllers, Sales and PS Ops to align on a consistent source and view of data. Lead initial design, development and launch of periodic reports (Marketing Ops, RTB, QBR and Annual Planning) looking at Pipeline, Bookings, & Margins. Build and lead a centralized repository for end to end visibility in business performance. Augment existing reporting by integrating with additional sources (PSA, MSOP, Hub etc). Provide data driven insights to product, GTM and field marketing (propensity modeling, lead scoring, NPTB, opportunity targeting). Provide inputs in triage and intake of Ad-hoc analysis requests to inform their prioritization. Provide confident and reliable estimates for turn-around times and deliver consistently against commitments. Use Power BI/Tableau to create and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytical solutions. Drive continual process improvements, framework enhancements, and self-initiated analysis in support of generating significant data based insights.
2-3 years of data analyst (or related) experience required
CPA/MBA/Chartered Accountant preferred, but not mandatory
Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and social skills
Must understand key business drivers, be able to discuss financial implications/business impact and provide recommendations with attention to detail
