  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision making.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of HR data, including workforce trends, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion metrics, and talent acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.
  • Use statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends in employee data and make recommendations for improving the employee experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR analytics, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to develop and implement new tools and processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new metrics and analyses that will help drive business success.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a thought leader and champion for data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting a culture of data literacy and analytical thinking.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Analytics Or People Analytics Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Experience Working With Hr Systems And Data, Such As Workday Or Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
