- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision making.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of HR data, including workforce trends, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion metrics, and talent acquisition and retention metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.
- Use statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends in employee data and make recommendations for improving the employee experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR analytics, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with the People Analytics team to develop and implement new tools and processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new metrics and analyses that will help drive business success.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a thought leader and champion for data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting a culture of data literacy and analytical thinking.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Analytics Or People Analytics Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Experience Working With Hr Systems And Data, Such As Workday Or Sap.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
