- Develop and drive the strategic direction of the Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) product.
- Lead and manage the development and launch of new features and enhancements to the RTCDP product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the customer data platform industry.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the RTCDP product, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Drive customer adoption and retention by continuously evaluating and improving the user experience of the RTCDP product.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and partners, to gather feedback and inform product strategy.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies related to customer data management to ensure the RTCDP product remains competitive and innovative.
- Mentor and develop junior product team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management And Development, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Proven Track Record Of Launching Successful Outbound Products Or Features, With A Strong Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Experience With Customer Research And Market Analysis, With A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Market Trends.
