Job Description

Adobe is searching for an experienced and passionate Marketing Automation Business Advisor to join our team. This person will be a key contributor to the success of our marketing automation platform by helping customers realize the full potential of our products.As our Marketing Automation Business Advisor, you will be a subject matter expert on Adobe’s marketing automation platform, taking ownership for driving customer success and engagement. You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers, both in the pre-sale and post-sale phases, and will take ownership of customer success.To be successful in this role, you need to have strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, experience in customer success, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.If you’re looking for a rewarding and challenging role where you can make an impact, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
