  2. Lead and manage the implementation of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework across all departments and teams.
  3. Monitor and track progress towards achieving company objectives and provide regular updates to leadership.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in strategy execution.
  7. Mentor and coach team members on OKR methodology and provide support to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  8. Communicate and present strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the organization.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in strategy execution to drive continuous improvement.
