Job Description

Partner with key internal partners to develop strategic investment themes and assess potential acquisition and investment opportunities. Identify product gaps, evaluate build/partner/buy, and collaborate on target selection. Conduct holistic, meticulous analyses to influence decision-making, including industry TAMS, competitive landscapes, customer overlaps, and valuation and business case modeling. Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process (e.g., due diligence, data rooms, internal updates), support M&A integration workstreams, and manage the suite of corporate development systems & tools. Establish a robust understanding of new markets, industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging companies. Embrace assignments and projects across Corporate Development, M&A Integration and the Office of the CEO. Support post-acquisition integration efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • MBA is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience (4-5 years) in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, private equity

Compensation
