  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in our lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the execution of lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant messaging for different stages of the customer journey.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on lifecycle marketing, providing guidance and support to other members of the marketing team.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance our lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Stay up to date on Adobe's products and services to effectively promote and market them to our customer base.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our competitors' lifecycle marketing strategies and use this knowledge to develop innovative and differentiated campaigns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Digital Marketing, With A Focus On Lifecycle Marketing

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping And Segmentation Strategies

  • Proficiency In Marketing Automation And Email Marketing Platforms, Such As Marketo Or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Execute Successful Campaigns.
