Legal Counsel

Adobe is seeking an experienced and passionate Legal Counsel to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. The Legal Counsel will work closely with Adobe’s leadership team to ensure all legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with the company’s policies and regulations.The successful candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state of California. In addition, the candidate must have at least five years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and counsel to Adobe’s leadership team on complex legal matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
3. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
4. Research legal issues and provide written summaries of findings.
5. Represent Adobe in litigation and regulatory proceedings.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsels.
7. Advise on legal risks and potential liability matters.
8. Manage legal projects and provide guidance to other departments on legal matters.
9. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the industry and its legal implications.
10. Prepare and present legal briefings and seminars.
