- Assist in creating and implementing surveys and other methods of collecting customer feedback.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience and data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and methodologies for analyzing customer data.
- Act as a subject matter expert on voice of the customer data and insights, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets and databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with other data analysts and interns to share knowledge and best practices.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Foundation In Data Analysis And Be Able To Use Various Tools And Techniques To Gather And Interpret Customer Data.
Knowledge Of Customer Experience Metrics: An Understanding Of Customer Experience Metrics Such As Net Promoter Score (Nps) And Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Is Essential For This Role.
Proficiency In Data Visualization: The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Visually Appealing Manner Is Crucial For This Job, As The Intern Will Be Responsible For Creating Reports And Presentations To Communicate Insights To Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Crm Systems: Experience Working With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems, Such As Salesforce Or Microsoft Dynamics, Is Preferred As The Intern Will Be Responsible For Extracting And Analyzing Customer Data From These Systems.
