  • Familiarity With Voice Of Customer (Voc) Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Practical Experience Working With Voc Tools Such As Qualtrics, Medallia, Or Surveymonkey. Knowledge Of Survey Design And Data Collection Methods Is Also Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Voice Of Customer Data Analyst, The Intern Will Be Responsible For Presenting Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.
