Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Intern - User Experience Researcher to join Adobe’s User Experience Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for uncovering customer insights, conducting user research, and helping to inform product decisions. If you’re a creative, analytical problem solver who’s excited to make an impact on the user experience for Adobe’s cutting-edge products, we’d love to hear from you.The ideal candidate will have a combination of qualitative and quantitative research skills, an understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for improving the customer experience. You should also have a knack for synthesizing data and distilling complex research findings into actionable insights. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, HCI, or a related field is preferred.We look forward to meeting you and learning more about how you can help make Adobe’s products even more intuitive, user-friendly, and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
  2. Synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing.
  4. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify areas of improvement in the user experience.
  5. Utilize user-centered design principles to develop innovative solutions to customer needs.
  6. Create presentation materials to share research findings with stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-friendly experiences.
  8. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
