  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights on various HR metrics to help inform decision making.

  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key HR metrics.
  4. Identify trends and patterns in data and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Assist in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve employee experience and drive business results.
  6. Support the maintenance and accuracy of HR data systems and databases.
  7. Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and HR analytics.
  9. Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
  10. Contribute to the development of new data analysis tools and techniques to enhance the team's capabilities.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of data insights.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to maintain the confidentiality of employee data.
  13. Collaborate with other interns and team members to share knowledge and insights.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data analysis.
