Job Description

Adobe is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our Organizational Change Management team. Reporting to the Change Management Lead, you will be a key part of the team, helping to ensure that we successfully implement our change initiatives. In this role, you will have an opportunity to gain experience in a wide array of change management disciplines, while making a positive impact on the organization.To be successful in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have a positive can-do attitude. You should have a strong understanding of change management principles, as well as a passion to learn and grow. A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management or a related field is required. Experience in project management or human resources is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Change Management Lead in the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  2. Monitor and review progress of change initiatives.
  3. Assist in the development of change management materials such as communications plans, training materials, etc.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and successful implementation of changes.
  5. Provide reports and updates on change initiatives to the Change Management Lead.
  6. Assist in identifying risks associated with change initiatives and strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize change management processes.
  9. Support the Change Management Lead in the development of change management best practices.
  10. Participate in meetings and other activities to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
