Job Description

Adobe is seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join the Organizational Change Management team! As an Intern - Organizational Change Management, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow professionally in a collaborative and diverse environment.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a quick learner, and have a passion for driving organizational change. To be successful in the role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources management, or a related field. Experience with project management and engaging stakeholders is also preferred.We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, innovative, and eager to make an impact. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing, implementing, and managing organizational change initiatives.
  2. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and align organizational change initiatives with company objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for change initiatives.
  4. Monitor progress against the project plan, identify risks, and suggest solutions to mitigate risks.
  5. Provide support to the Change Management team with research, data analysis, and task completion.
  6. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  7. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  8. Provide training to stakeholders on project goals and initiatives.
  9. Support the Change Management team with administrative tasks.
  10. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure successful change initiatives.
