
Intern - Organizational Change Management
Adobe is seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join the Organizational Change Management team! Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing organizational change initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and align organizational change initiatives with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for change initiatives.
- Monitor progress against the project plan, identify risks, and suggest solutions to mitigate risks.
- Provide support to the Change Management team with research, data analysis, and task completion.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Provide training to stakeholders on project goals and initiatives.
- Support the Change Management team with administrative tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure successful change initiatives.
