  1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems and tools.
  2. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and document business requirements for technology projects.
  3. Conduct research on emerging HR technology trends and make recommendations for potential implementation.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR technology systems.
  5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and tools.
  6. Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on HR technology systems and tools.
  7. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
  8. Analyze data and generate reports to assist in decision-making.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  11. Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR technology systems.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into HR technology processes.
  13. Assist in the evaluation and selection of new HR technology vendors.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR technology policies and procedures.
  15. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Technology team.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Skills In Using Microsoft Excel, Including Knowledge Of Advanced Functions And Data Manipulation Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Technology: The Intern Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Hr Technology, Including Hris Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, And Other Software Commonly Used In Hr Functions.

  • Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Interpret And Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
