
Intern - Associate Technical Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Intern - Associate Technical Account Manager to join the Adobe team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and guidance to Adobe clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to Adobe clients, troubleshooting any software issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with Adobe products.
- Analyze customer feedback and use insights to take initiative in developing solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of Adobe products to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and analyze customer needs, then recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Adobe products.
- Update customers on new product features and functionality.
- Ensure customer compliance with Adobe’s terms of service.
