Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Intern - Associate Technical Account Manager to join the Adobe team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and guidance to Adobe clients. To be successful, you should have an exceptional customer service ethos and strong technical skills.We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, highly organized, and has an interest in the technical aspects of our products. You should also have excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.If you are passionate about helping customers, have a knack for problem solving, and are excited to contribute to Adobe’s success, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support to Adobe clients, troubleshooting any software issues.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with Adobe products.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and use insights to take initiative in developing solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer usage of Adobe products to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Identify and analyze customer needs, then recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Adobe products.
  9. Update customers on new product features and functionality.
  10. Ensure customer compliance with Adobe’s terms of service.
