We are looking for an experienced, driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for Adobe's Public Sector team. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers and prospects, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the public sector landscape and a passion for technology. You should also have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, building relationships, and leveraging resources to close deals. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage customer and prospect portfolios to maximize sales.
  2. Deliver an outstanding customer experience through relationship building, strategizing, and creative problem solving.
  3. Achieve sales goals consistently.

  5. Remain up-to-date on public sector landscape and technology trends.
  6. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
  7. Ensure all customer inquiries and needs are addressed in a timely manner.

  9. Generate and implement innovative ideas to increase customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
