- Develop and implement an overall strategic occupancy plan for all Adobe offices, taking into consideration company goals, employee needs, and industry best practices.
- Oversee the planning, design, and utilization of office spaces to ensure they are optimized for productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to align occupancy plans with company objectives and budget constraints.
- Lead a team of occupancy planners and workplace designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve team goals and individual growth.
- Conduct regular assessments of office space utilization and provide recommendations for improvements or changes based on data analysis.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in workplace design, and incorporate them into Adobe's occupancy planning strategy.
- Partner with real estate and facilities teams to ensure that all office locations are in compliance with safety, security, and accessibility standards.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers for office design and furniture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with occupancy planning initiatives.
- Communicate updates, progress, and outcomes of occupancy planning projects to relevant stakeholders, including presenting to company executives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupancy plans, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
