
Growth Product Manager, Engagement
Partner with Marketing teams to execute strategic LCM campaigns. Run weekly Engagement Council meetings with Marketing and Brand partners. Co-create an outstanding end-to-end customer experience for web and mobile users through rapid, iterative testing that drives MAU, retention, and high-intensity usage. Report and analyze engagement testing results for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for executive stakeholders. Identify and drive GTM strategy and trends with Marketing partners. Drive and mentor internal and the broader external teams on the complete lifecycle of a test from hypothesis, concept, design, launch, analysis of results, and next steps. Directly contribute to the success and growth of Creative Cloud. Express user base by driving experimentation, KPIs, and the quarterly roadmap.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience creating in-product user engagement while prioritizing and optimizing KPIs.
Experience with PMM, LCM, and Marketing teams.
Proven ability to harness technology for personalization at scale: using APIs, machine-learning models, cross-platform experiences
Excited about growing content creator tools through testing, iteration, and engagement.
Experience creating and leading cross-functional teams built around driving data-informed hypotheses
