- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage with executive talent.
- Build and maintain a network of executive candidates, including passive candidates, to ensure a steady pipeline of potential hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand the organization's needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition Strategies And Best Practices, Especially In The Technology Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
