  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and revenue for enterprise clients, aligned with Adobe's mission and goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise client companies, including C-level executives and decision makers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience for enterprise clients.
  4. Conduct in-depth account analysis and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Adobe's products and services.
  5. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to enterprise clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Adobe's solutions.
  6. Monitor and track account progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise software sales, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with enterprise clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise on successful account management strategies.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of Adobe's enterprise business.

This Includes The Ability To Articulate Complex Solutions, Build Trust With Clients, And Collaborate Effectively With Internal Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Adobe Products And Services: The Enterprise Account Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Adobe's Products And Services, Including Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, And Document Cloud. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Position And Sell Adobe's Solutions To Enterprise Clients.
