Job Description

Adobe is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Engagement Manager - M&E to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. The successful candidate will be a key influencer and leader in our organization and will be responsible for driving consistency in the customer experience across all our markets. The Engagement Manager - M&E will develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholder teams, to ensure that our customers are getting the most value from our products and services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving the development of strategies to optimize performance, and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across the globe.Required Qualifications:• Proven track record of successful customer relationships management and business development in a technology or software company• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills• Ability to think strategically and act tactically• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Strong project management skills• Fluency in English (verbal and written)• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
