In this role, you will utilize your expertise in eLearning technology and your enthusiasm for Adobe products to drive the growth and success of our eLearning initiatives. We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking individual who is dedicated to promoting the benefits of eLearning and Adobe software to our customers.   1. Develop and implement strategies to promote the benefits of eLearning and Adobe products to current and potential customers.
  2. Lead and manage the eLearning team to ensure the successful delivery of all eLearning initiatives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in eLearning technology to inform decision making and drive innovation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new eLearning opportunities that align with company goals and objectives.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all eLearning-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to address customer needs.
  6. Utilize your expertise in eLearning tools to create engaging and effective learning experiences for customers.
  7. Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement with eLearning initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of eLearning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the eLearning industry to strengthen the company's position as a leader in the market.
  10. Act as a spokesperson for Adobe at industry events and conferences to promote the company's eLearning initiatives and products.
  11. Train and mentor team members on eLearning best practices and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve eLearning processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and address customer needs and provide exceptional service.
  14. Represent the company's values and maintain a positive and professional image both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Elearning Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Elearning Development, With A Deep Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theories, And Emerging Trends In The Industry. They Should Also Have A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Expertise In Creating Engaging And Effective Elearning Programs.

  • Proficiency In Adobe Elearning Tools: As A Learning Manager At Adobe, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Adobe's Elearning Suite, Including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, And Adobe Presenter. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Proficiency In Using These Tools To Create Interactive And Engaging Elearning Content.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Role Of An Elearning Evangelist Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate Ideas And Concepts To A Diverse Audience. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Presentation Skills To Deliver Compelling Demos And Training Sessions.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team Of Elearning Professionals And Leading Them Towards Achieving Project Goals And Deadlines. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Elearning Projects Simultaneously And Delivering High-Quality Results.

  • Passion For Learning And Innovation: An Elearning Evangelist Should Have A Passion For Continuous Learning And Keeping Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Elearning Industry. They Should Also Have A Creative Mindset And Be Able To Think Outside The Box To Find Innovative Solutions To Challenges Faced In Elearning Development.
