In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Workfront product, a leading work management platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. As a key leader within the organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.   1. Develop and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap for Adobe Workfront, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and updates based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  3. Lead and manage a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  4. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts to stay informed of market trends and gather insights.
  6. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
  8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the SaaS industry and bring new ideas and best practices to the product team.
  9. Act as a spokesperson and advocate for Adobe Workfront, representing the product at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Software Products In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile And Product Development Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making.
