- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Firefly AI Platform, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive product innovation and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify areas of opportunity for the Firefly AI Platform, and use insights to inform product strategy.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and continuously evaluate and improve upon existing products.
- Monitor product performance and market trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements and optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in AI technology and identify potential partnerships or acquisitions to enhance the Firefly AI Platform.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team and across the organization.
- Represent Adobe and the Firefly AI Platform at industry events, conferences, and other speaking engagements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Firefly AI Platform, providing product knowledge and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Strong Background In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies: Adobe's Firefly Ai Platform Is Built On Cutting-Edge Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, And The Director Of Product Management Should Have A Deep Understanding Of These Technologies And Their Application In Product Development.
Strategic Thinking And Vision: As A Director, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Develop A Long-Term Vision For The Firefly Ai Platform, Aligning It With Adobe's Overall Product Roadmap And Business Goals.
