Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of platform and DevOps engineering experts in optimizing and maintaining cloud-based software development architecture.
2. Develop, enhance, and support a set of integrated platform services for engineering teams to leverage in releasing high quality software to customers.
3. Manage teams in delivering software engineering projects.
4. Lead organizational change in alignment with the company's objectives.
5. Ensure that the team is following best practices for cloud-based architecture and DevOps methodologies.
6. Monitor and report on the progress of software engineering projects.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software engineering projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
8. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure that their skills and knowledge are kept up-to-date.
9. Manage team dynamics and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the software engineering process.
