
Director of Employee Communications
Partner with the Sr Director to craft and drive a coordinated external and internal executive comms strategy. Develop an engagement cadence, drafting key messages and innovating with creative programs. Drive content creation, including speech writing and slide development for internal and external events Write companywide messages on cultural moments, social issues and business achievements related to COVID-19 management, future of work and more. Build an external communications platform aligned to key messaging pillars; partner with corporate PR on key messages and preparation for media opportunities. Create and execute a social media strategy to engage core audiences. Write bylines to advance thought leadership platform on forward-looking topics. Support customer engagements with content creation and briefings. Serve as thought partner on strategy and execution of key organizational change initiatives by the CPO.
Ideally 7+ years of communications experience; preference for experience in the software/technology industry
Deep understanding of new media channels and experience with multimedia storytelling
Proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment
