Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Director of Editorial Strategy to join the Adobe team. As the leader of the Editorial Strategy team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of content strategies that align with Adobe’s brand and product goals. This role requires an individual who is a great communicator, creative problem solver, and has a passion for crafting compelling stories. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in content strategy and/or editorial management, with a proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that have a measurable impact on business goals. In addition, you should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for creating engaging content.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop content strategies that align with Adobe’s brand and product goals.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of content strategies that drive measurable impact on business goals.
  3. Lead and manage the Editorial Strategy team in order to meet goals.
  4. Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with stakeholders.
  5. Stay organized and up-to-date with the latest trends in content strategy and/or editorial management.
  6. Craft compelling stories that engage and motivate audiences.
  7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  8. Proactively identify new opportunities to optimize content strategies.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to team members in order to foster growth.
