  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration through effective HR programs and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR business partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent globally.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and innovate HR programs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company's values and promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years In A Business Partner Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Employment Laws, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
