  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance and recommendations on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  3. Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
  4. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and priorities, and proactively identify and address any potential HR issues or challenges.
  5. Act as a change agent, driving and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  6. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the company's HR initiatives.
  8. Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs on HR best practices, leadership development, and other relevant topics.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, and incorporate them into the company's HR strategy and practices.
  12. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.
  13. Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance on resolution.
  14. Manage the HR budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to support business objectives.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices and processes.
  16. Represent the company in external HR events and forums, building the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  17. Continuously review and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  18. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.
  19. Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning to identify and develop top talent within the organization.
  20. Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management: This Includes At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Various Hr Functions Such As Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Director, Hr Business Partner Must Have Experience Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking: Adobe Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Director, Hr Business Partner Must Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Complex Hr Problems. They Should Also Have Experience Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With The Company's Business Goals.

  • Global Hr Experience: As Adobe Is A Global Company With Offices In Multiple Countries, The Director, Hr Business Partner Should Have Experience Working In A Global Hr Role And Managing A Diverse Workforce.
