Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Business Partnership And Strategy Development.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices, Employment Laws, And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization.
