  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand their business needs and provide HR support and guidance.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on people-related matters.
  4. Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to drive positive organizational change.
  5. Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies.
  6. Oversee and manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  8. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Collaborate with the learning and development team to provide training and development opportunities for employees.
  12. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR practices and processes.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  14. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Business Partnership And Strategy Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices, Employment Laws, And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization.
