  1. Develop and implement global executive recruitment strategies in alignment with the company's overall talent acquisition goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of executive recruiters to ensure successful execution of recruitment initiatives.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
  4. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top executive talent, including networking, direct sourcing, and partnerships with external agencies.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top executive candidates and position Adobe as an employer of choice.
  6. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition for top executive talent.
  7. Manage the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  8. Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement effective onboarding and retention strategies for executive hires.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Stay up-to-date on best practices and innovative approaches in executive recruitment to continuously improve and enhance the company's talent acquisition processes.

  • Extensive Experience In Global Executive Recruitment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Executive Recruitment, With A Strong Track Record Of Success In Recruiting Top-Level Talent In Multiple Countries And Regions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies: The Director Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Talent Acquisition, Including Innovative Sourcing Techniques, Candidate Assessment Methods, And Employer Branding Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Collaboration And Relationship-Building, Both Internally And Externally.
