Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective education strategies to support Adobe’s growing education community.
2. Lead a team to deliver innovative products and services to the education community.
3. Monitor trends in the education market and develop plans to capitalize on them.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of educational offerings.
5. Develop and manage budgets for educational resources and programs.
6. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement within the Education Community team.
7. Ensure the team is well-equipped with the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure objectives are met effectively.
9. Lead regular team meetings and ensure team members are effectively engaged.
10. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure successful delivery of educational resources.
