- Lead and manage a team responsible for developing and executing strategic customer journeys across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize customer journey initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap for all customer journey projects.
- Monitor and report on the progress and success of customer journeys, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in customer journey strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing leaders, product teams, and external partners.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer journey initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer journeys to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to track and report on key performance metrics for customer journeys.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Represent the DX Marketing PMO, Journeys team in cross-functional meetings and present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure all customer journey initiatives align with Adobe's brand and marketing guidelines.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the DX Marketing PMO, Journeys team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on customer journeys, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Field Of Digital Experience Marketing. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Them Within Strict Deadlines.
Knowledge Of Dx Marketing: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Experience Marketing And Its Various Components Such As Content Management, Personalization, Analytics, And Omnichannel Marketing. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Marketing Strategies That Drive Customer Engagement And Conversion.
Leadership Skills: As The Leader Of The Dx Marketing Pmo, Journeys Team, The Director Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Build And Manage A High-Performing Team, Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Culture.
Strategic Thinking: The Director Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop Long-Term Plans And Roadmaps For The Dx Marketing Pmo, Journeys Team. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Achieve Business Objectives.
