We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Digital Strategy Group as an Engagement Manager at Adobe. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing strategies. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in digital marketing and project management to help our clients achieve their business goals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong understanding of Adobe's suite of products, and is able to effectively manage client relationships.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all digital strategy and marketing needs.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop effective digital marketing strategies utilizing Adobe's suite of products.
  3. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation of digital strategies.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients on the best practices for using Adobe's products to achieve their objectives.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and provide progress updates to clients on the status of projects and campaigns.
  6. Identify and proactively address any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact the success of digital strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to advise clients on new opportunities and strategies.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Adobe to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe's products and services, providing training and support to clients as needed.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of digital strategies and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  11. Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to share client feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  12. Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to promote our digital strategy capabilities and drive new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Digital Strategy Group - Engagement Manager Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Digital Strategists And Consultants.

  • Extensive Experience In Digital Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Digital Strategies, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, The Engagement Manager Must Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Expertise In Adobe Products And Services: A Deep Understanding Of Adobe's Suite Of Products And Services, Including Experience Cloud, Is Crucial For The Digital Strategy Group - Engagement Manager To Effectively Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients.

  • Business Acumen: The Engagement Manager Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Business Operations And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement For Clients. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Marketing And Digital Trends, As Well As Data Analysis And Reporting.
