- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the design process and elevate the quality of work.
- Provide direction and feedback to designers to ensure consistency and maintain brand standards.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Represent Adobe's brand and design ethos in all aspects of work.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of Adobe.com to drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and freelancers for additional design support.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure all designs are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Design Management, Preferably In A Tech Or Software Company.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Graphic Design, Or A Related Field.
Strong Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, With A Focus On Design Software Such As Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team Of Designers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Creative Work Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Design Concepts And Strategies To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
