Job Description

As the Design Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of designers to create innovative and visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience.   1. Lead and mentor a team of designers to create visually compelling designs for Adobe.com.
  2. Develop and implement design strategies that align with the overall brand and business goals of Adobe.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet user needs.
  4. Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the design process and elevate the quality of work.
  5. Provide direction and feedback to designers to ensure consistency and maintain brand standards.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
  8. Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  9. Conduct user research and utilize insights to inform design decisions.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  11. Represent Adobe's brand and design ethos in all aspects of work.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of Adobe.com to drive engagement and conversions.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and freelancers for additional design support.
  14. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  15. Ensure all designs are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Design Management, Preferably In A Tech Or Software Company.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Graphic Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite, With A Focus On Design Software Such As Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team Of Designers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Creative Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Design Concepts And Strategies To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
