  1. Develop and implement retention analytics strategies to drive customer retention for Adobe products.
  2. Analyze large sets of data to identify patterns and trends related to customer retention.
  3. Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to identify key drivers of customer retention.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track retention metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer retention and work with teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retention analytics and incorporate them into strategies.
  8. Use a variety of tools and technologies to extract, clean, and analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Work closely with product teams to understand customer behavior and inform product development decisions.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate retention analytics processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
