Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Technical Advisor to join the Workfront team at Adobe! This role plays an essential part in delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you’re a problem solver with the drive to provide exceptional customer service, this role is for you. As a Customer Technical Advisor, you must be able to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues.We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. You must have a deep understanding of customer service best practices and be willing to embrace change in a fast-paced environment. Plus, you should be comfortable working with a variety of software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with customers to understand their needs
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues using technical knowledge
