Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and drive customer success and adoption • Build custom success plans to ensure customer satisfaction • Advise customers on best practices and identify potential issues before they occur • Monitor customer usage and provide feedback on how to optimize their usage • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights • Stay up-to-date with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Lead customer engagement sessions to educate customers on Adobe products and services • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns • Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and feature requests • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
