  3. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and concerns.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact customer success and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  5. Utilize technical expertise and product knowledge to guide customers in optimizing their use of Adobe products and achieving their desired outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to advocate for customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.
  7. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in designated systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements, and effectively communicate these changes to customers.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  10. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time.
