  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  12. Provide timely and detailed reports to management on account status and sales activities.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Adobe, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience.
  15. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats or opportunities for the company.
  16. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
  17. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for corporate clients.
  18. Mentor and support junior account managers on the team.
  19. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards, at all times.
  20. Continuously strive to achieve personal and team goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
