• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the SheSparks program and its initiatives
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events and campaigns aimed at empowering women in the tech industry
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on social media trends to effectively reach and engage with target audience
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the SheSparks program, representing Adobe at various events and networking opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to expand the reach and impact of the SheSparks program
• Analyze and report on the success of marketing efforts and make recommendations for future strategies
